- Device/Browser Location (captured at the time of entry)
- Submission Data (registration details entered)

- For Visitors: To retrieve document registration status.
- For Employees: To maintain accurate submission records, including validation of the date, time, and location of entry.

- Visitor data (mobile number and loan account number) is used temporarily and is not stored after retrieval of registration status.
